| Review: | Getting screwed Ha ha. Progressive is charging me extra monthly. I was in a auto accident, a bad one. The idiotic kid who blew the stop sign and did not have insurance has made my life hell. Since my insurance had to do a underwriters policy, Progressive feels it is ok to charge me extra monthly. HMMMM, I get hit by an uninsured drive, die, come back, and now Progressive says, ta dah, you have to pay more on insurance. Whatever. Now the kicker, after having a policy for years with them, with no claims, no late payments, pay ahead, good snapshot, Progressive contacts me tonight to tell that they think I am getting discounts that I do not deserve, I am going to have to pay more. SERIOUSLY. I have a solo policy with them, me and my fiancee have a joint policy with them, even tho because of the wreck I am still unable to operate the vehicle the joint policy is under so they should feel lucky we have even kept insurance on it. And out of the blue they think I am getting things I do not deserve and they want me to pay more. I do not think so. | Review: | Just a big LIE After only 6 months with them I realize they lie about everything. Progessive just tells you what you want to hear so you leave the competition. | Review: | rip off and fraud if you have progressive This company will do anything and everything not to pay a legtimate claim and if you do not go to their repair facilty you will be screwed even more. I had vandalism and even a nasty note they treated me a disabled vet or even if I was a regular everyday person in the us that is required to buy insurance like dirt they are so desperate for moey more then likely because of the cost of their pathetic ads with the white faced blue headband freak with the lump on her head that is our money for claims the are using to pay for these sick ads. I will be contacting the media in my state. Checkng laws compaints in every state doing as much research on complainst. a nationwide lawsuit for fraud would be the best thing that they deserve and of course they lose. Do not give them a dime run. I am not a blogger facebook tweeter but I am ntw going to be as I want them to suffer for the theft of the american consumer. They deserve to be bankrupt get out while you can it will be the best you can do even if it is just a fw dollars more you will not regret it. | Review: | Cancellation fee - almost no service Do not go with this company, I rented a car from a friend used it for 2 months and had insurance from Progressive online. After I returned my car i wanted to cancel insurance and they charged me 50 bucks as cancellation fee which I was not even aware. They also threatened me to bring down my score which is about 800. well I will make sure that this company does not trick anybody else and I share this experience with everybody I know. | Review: | Stay away -- they are PROGRESSIVE Stay away from them. There are many other insurance companies with much better service and prices. Here is my story with progressive. I bought my first insurance with them and tried to make it as cheap as possible as i only moved to the USA and had limited funds. I opted for monthly payments by direct debit (authorized to take funds from my bank account at the certain date each month). But Progressive (now I understand why they call themselves PROGRESSIVE) decided to increase my premium for the next period without no particular reason (while other companies actually give you bonuses and decrease premiums). The worst thing is that at that time I was in a really bad financial situation and had to count every cent so being unaware of increase in premium I had amount on my bank account only for my regular payments. But this guys tried to take increased payment from my bank account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!. Payment was denied as it led to overdraft. As soon as I found that out (2 days later) I called progressive to stop their service immediately. But would you believe that they still did put the amount for the next month for collection. After reading other reviews I wish some day this company will be out of the business Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Sarcastic Adjuster I have been dealing with Insurance Adjusters for over 20 plus years. Westfield has the rudest, most unpleasant people to work with. Please do yourself a favor if your currently insured by Westfield. Find another company because they refuse to pay most of the claims for hail and wind damage on homes and their adjusters are very mean. | Review: | USAA Slow Misrepresentative Was driving eastbound on a residential street helping a off duty sheriff officer go back to Daytona after buying a washer and dryer that he did not want blown off his truck traveling South on I-95. I stated follow me I will offer a short cut. I was traveling from my driveway closely on a residential street when a 18 year old driver quickly backed into the street and struck my right front Dodge. I did not brake so we hit at about 35++ MPH..screwed up my shoulder neck and back...Two witnesses stated the fault of the 18 YO with USAA coverage...Will they pay for injuries?? No...Did they subrogate with State Farm my insurer? No...USAA sucks period..poor customer communication and support..Keep shopping until maybe USAA wakes up! Comments [ 0 ] |
