| Review: | Used to be good - now just like the rest! My car was rearended by a Westfield Insurance customer on October 6, 2010. My car was returned to me on November 18, 2010. Mr. Sean O'Gorman has been my "liability specialist," and he has proven rather unhelpful. He always sounds as though I am annoying him by calling (even when I was calling to HELP him with his investigation by providing contact numbers for the other drivers), and he informs me that despite the fact I was without my car for 42 days, I can only be reimbursed for 20. Furthermore, if I "really needed" a car, he says I should have taken it up with my own insurance company. Why would I do that when Westfield said they had rental reimbursement?? My first experience with Westfield in December 2009 was easy, swift, and friendly. This incident was the polar opposite and exemplifies why insurance companies have a bad reputation. |
