| Review: | USAA Claims the worst ever! I was rear ended by another USAA customer. I myself am a USAA client and a faithful one at that, until now. I was rear ended by an individual doing 60mph and had several injuries to my neck and back. When I called the claims adjuster she asked me what the amount of my bills were and said,"Your bills total $@$#%." Which was about $1500 less then the actual amount, then offered about $800 more for I guess what was acutal pain and suffering. I called back and basically told her to do her research and get the total amount of my bills! Why do I have to do my own research? Isn't she getting paid to do a job. So first of all another of their drivers hits me and is clearly at fault and they act like you are wasting their time, secondly they won't research your medical bills/issues, and lastly they try to low ball you and won't add the damages to your vehicle. |
