USAA Slow Misrepresentative
Was driving eastbound on a residential street helping a off duty sheriff officer go back to Daytona after buying a washer and dryer that he did not want blown off his truck traveling South on I-95. I stated follow me I will offer a short cut. I was traveling from my driveway closely on a residential street when a 18 year old driver quickly backed into the street and struck my right front Dodge. I did not brake so we hit at about 35++ MPH..screwed up my shoulder neck and back...Two witnesses stated the fault of the 18 YO with USAA coverage...Will they pay for injuries?? No...Did they subrogate with State Farm my insurer? No...USAA sucks period..poor customer communication and support..Keep shopping until maybe USAA wakes up! |
