| Review: | Worst Claim Service EVER My car was hit by one of their insured while I was out of town and parked at my house. Selective rep was rude and they take forever to get back to you. I filed my claim 3 weeks ago and still have not even been able to get an estimate and when I call they act like I am being unreasonable!!! |

I agree! Dont get into a claim with anyone with Selective. It has been about 4 months now and I still havent heard from the claims specialist. So for anyone thinking about getting insured by this company... beware! If they treat others this way they will probably treat their own customers just the same!!! |
