| Review: | NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! Will not cover an issue that every other company would. I have done alot of leg work and spoke to 5 other companies that would cover my problem ! | Review: | Worst Claim Service EVER My car was hit by one of their insured while I was out of town and parked at my house. Selective rep was rude and they take forever to get back to you. I filed my claim 3 weeks ago and still have not even been able to get an estimate and when I call they act like I am being unreasonable!!! Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | TERRIBLE Representative promised he would have someone out Thursday seeing as how car was damaged over 2 weeks ago by Midas. When I called Friday to find out when they were coming he stated that they have a 48 hour window and they never come out the next day ever and that he probably wouldn't have anyone out there until Monday which puts it a 3rd business day. Thanks for the nice Easter Joshua Hill at Selective Insurance. Not only are you a liar but you are very unprofessional and rude. Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | Don't ever get hit by someone with this insurance. Worst experience ever! Everyone was rude, the adjuster never returned phone calls, her supervisor was not understanding nor willing to understand that my car needed an alignment, despite the fact that their insured hit my car so hard it moved from a straight parked line to a 30 degree angle. I will never ever ever recommend this insurance company to anyone! I wish there was negative ratings on the numbers above. Comments [ 10 ] |
