| Review: | Horrible horrible service/ customer service Has progressive ever heard the customer is right?!? holy crap they suck! my husband bike got stolen and they made us go through so many things of showing them proof of phone records and bank statements, and giving us crap about how we could fake that it got stolen, yea they didnt pay up! we have tried to fight them twice, all we wanted was for them to pay the rest of what we owe on it cause we are STILL making payments! They have horrible horrible customer service! i have to deal with more than 3 agents and they were all horrible!! |

I totally understand your pain. I'm currently going through the same crap with Progressive. The jumping through hoops giving them personal records such as telephone, bank, credit reports...etc. The insurance investigator has been so rude and has blatantly came out and alotted to the fact that he thinks I gave someone my keys and then reported it stolen. WHAT THE HELL!!!! Meanwhile, the culprit is caught red handit and is arrested and he still thinks that i'm trying to pull some insurance scam! i hate progressive and especially after reading all the negative reviews and realizing this is typical behavior...it's sicking...i'm pissed and will be switching to another insurance company like Farmers... |
