| Review: | Apathetic Unresponsive Insulting I have had no remedy for claims I submitted to my Nationwide agent, Robert Kinser of Gainesville, VA, for a tow and a windshield. I am now inconvenienced to shop for an auto insurance agency that has some integrity. I have been with Nationwide for 15 years and my monthly premium costs more than the reimbursement of claims that I have filed and that my "agent" is loathe to honor. |

Your agent does not pay claims. Nationwide had a 24 hour claims number that is on your ID card and you need to contact the claims department. Do not blame an agent for your apathetic and unresponsive and insulting inablility to call a 800 number that is right in front of you |
