| Review: | Apathetic Unresponsive Insulting I have had no remedy for claims I submitted to my Nationwide agent, Robert Kinser of Gainesville, VA, for a tow and a windshield. I am now inconvenienced to shop for an auto insurance agency that has some integrity. I have been with Nationwide for 15 years and my monthly premium costs more than the reimbursement of claims that I have filed and that my "agent" is loathe to honor. Comments [ 0 ] |
