| Review: | Nationwide falsely reported my claim. Nationwide removed deer hair that was stuck in my car trim and then falsely reported my accident with the deer as an accident with another vehicle. This would have increased my deductible expense plus cause a false report on my insurance record that could increase my auto. premium for years to come. I sued them and won a judgment against them. They finally were forced to change my accident from a collision to a comprehensive claim. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Undecided I've had Nationwide for about 3 years now...never made a claim until about 2 weeks ago when I was hit by an uninsured driver. All I can say is make sure you know your policy by heart, because I thought I had coverage included that I did not, for example a rental car, and getting my car repaired with geniune parts instead of cheap ones or refurbished was not part of my policy, even though this accident was not my fault. The adjuster was nice, but upset to hear the cost of damage when I told her the estimate. I ended up taking my car to a body shop on Nationwides list, and they did do a good job with repairs, although my "dummy" lights are still on and they refuse to fix them. After paying a $1,000 deductible my car is back, but just doesn't feel the same. I think all insurance companies are alike, so I'm undecided to stay with Nationwide or to take a risk of switching to Progressive... Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Best Insurance Agent I have been with Nationwide for 3 years now and would never even think about switching. I have three good friends who are insurance agents and I won't even switch my coverage to them because of the great service, prices, and coverage that I receive from my agent and his agency. | Review: | Apathetic Unresponsive Insulting I have had no remedy for claims I submitted to my Nationwide agent, Robert Kinser of Gainesville, VA, for a tow and a windshield. I am now inconvenienced to shop for an auto insurance agency that has some integrity. I have been with Nationwide for 15 years and my monthly premium costs more than the reimbursement of claims that I have filed and that my "agent" is loathe to honor. Comments [ 2 ] |
