| Review: | Metlife = Who cares about your life Stay away from this company. Their customer service was good when they want your business but when you file a claim.... forget it. I filed an accident claim and after that never heard from adjustor again. I made many, many phone calls and left many messages still got no respond. When I finally reach adjustor, he was as rude as he can be over the phone. Stay away, far far away from Metlife because they don't care. |
