| Review: | Great Company Had this insurance company for years and finally had a claim due to hitting a deer. What a pleasant surprise; from my first phone call to notify them, I was treated as their only customer. They took care of everything immediately...sent someone out to my house to view the damage and paid full coverage-minus my deductible. They even found more to repair than the bodyshop originally estimated. You never know if you are insured with a good company until you have a claim and I am 100% satisfied with Liberty Mutual. They really do live up to their commercials. |

You Nut! You obviously had comprehensive in your plan! Everyone that has that is covered when they hit a deer. Review this company after you've been hit by an uninsured driver. Let's see if they are so nice then! I had 4 deer accidents in the 80s - State Farm couldn't say a thing - I had deer hair on my car and comprehensive coverage! |
