Review: major accident fully covered & on road in week
Another driver prematurely left his stop sign at a T-intersection and drove right into my passenger side door. I called police & Liberty on the spot and I enjoyed very professional coverage from beginning to end. Other driver was correctly assigned full blame for accident. Liberty Mutual suggested a garage for me and I had $3,000 or repairs done there. Liberty also waived my deductible and paid for my rental car too. They will now be reimbursed by other driver’s policy (Geico) through subrogation. Geico also very good as they contacted me and confirmed for me they were taking full responsibility of this claim and will reimburse Liberty for all costs. What was a very traumatic experience, with no injuries to anyone, was handle very well by Liberty. Very happy with service and outcome all within the course of 1 week!

Review: Took two months
My car needed 6 days of work on it, and I have not had it for 60 days and counting. This company is pathetic, as soon as my car is back I am switching providers.

Review: Cost is to high
Last year my monthly payments were about $64.00 on a 16 year old car. This year the monthly payment is $145. When inquiring about the raise in price, I was informed that it was a raise across the board. The annual cost to insure a 16 year old car is more than the car is worth by the national blue book. That is just crazy, or I have sucker written on my fore head. I have a very good driving record and a senor citizen. A $80.00+ raise across the board is a lot of money to be giving away for just in case with no return. It is like paying protection due to the Mafia.

Review: Great Company
Had this insurance company for years and finally had a claim due to hitting a deer. What a pleasant surprise; from my first phone call to notify them, I was treated as their only customer. They took care of everything immediately...sent someone out to my house to view the damage and paid full coverage-minus my deductible. They even found more to repair than the bodyshop originally estimated. You never know if you are insured with a good company until you have a claim and I am 100% satisfied with Liberty Mutual. They really do live up to their commercials.
