Auto Insurance Review
My parents are insured by Farmers. And my mom had an accident about on two months ago right after they switch to Farmers. The other party is 100% fault. But their insurance was canceled two months before the accident happened. In other word, the other party didn't have insurance at all. My mom's car is totally lost. It's a 2006 Honda accord. It took only two weeks then my parents got a check from Farmer for $21,000. Then, they went to buy an 2007 same model car with $22,000. The whole process is very smooth. My mom is still seeing doctor because of the accident, and Farmers promise to pay the medical bill as well. I don't know how other people think about Farmers Insurance. For my true experience, I think their agent services, claim department are great. |
