| Review: | The worst car insurance company ever. I was hit, head on, last week. The other person started to turn in front of me. She was ticked and the police report said it was her fault. She even admitted to the police that she was turning in front of me. Then why is Esurance treating me like I am trying to defraud them. They won't pay the rental car. They don't return half of my calls. They told me it was my responsibility to contact the other insurance company. After asking her what was the point of having insurance if you aren't going to do your job, she called the other company. They tried talking me into paying for the car, then going after the other insurance company for reimbursement. I have already been switched to another representative, who also doesn't return calls. I tried to call a supervisor, but when I dialed 0 on their phone tree, it said the operator wasn't available. After multiple calls, it seems like someone mistakingly answered the phone. I asked for a supervisor, and she wouldn't connect me with one. I tried being nice at first and got nowhere. After being extremely nasty with them, they are starting to do their job. As soon as this accident is taken care of, I am switching companies. Comments [ 2 ] |

| Review: | HELL NO! was told that the GAP insurance would cover EVERYTHING. When my car got totaled...it covered 25%. They denied telling me this and won't send me the voice logger when i bought the gap insurance. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Master of bait and switch Had been with esurance since 02/2006 right about second renewal added another driver and was quoted a change of 119. after a couple weeks the driver disappeared from the policy and when I ask why the CSR who didnt know what was the cause said they would put driver back on policy since it seemed to be a computer error. well driver got back on policy and premium went up 350 dollars after I had already been billed and paid the first time. Call customer service and all of a sudden I'm speaking to a so called certified insurance adjustor [TINA] who sounded like a man and kept on going on about how my account was past due ie .95 cents for their multiple billings. well to cut story short. Stay away from this company. customer sevice is terrible. They never know what they are doing and they seem to run off on claims. They might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Comments [ 0 ] |

My car get stolen may 5, they waste a lot of time sending and receiving paper to make sign. after a month the car get found and I received two month later... and then I paid 500 dollars deductible.
