| Review: | A "10" for lies and deception Allstate employs many adjusters and when we were victims of one bad driver, 4 out of 5 of those adjusters tried all sorts of tricks to not pay for the damages including giving us a check that was not even close to the actual repair estimate, they lied to us about replacement vehicles, they produced a repair quote without considering all the accessories or their value, and now they have determined the repair estimate without the auto body shop's input. It's been an eye opener. When it is not your fault, you shouldn't lose your property, I thought that was what insurance was for. They would rather pay 5 adjusters for endless hours of coercion than to just fix the vehicle. Is it a game? When you lose, they win! That "good hands" thing? a marketing ploy at best. Shame on them! |
