| Review: | The Worst at Handling Claims Don't ever get hit by someone insurred by Allstate. My Daughter was rearended last year by someone with Nationwide insurance and the entire incedent could not have been handled better. Now for Allstate... My Wife was rearended this time. They have been extreamly slow to act on getting things done and when asked by the body shop to come look at additional repairs that were needed they took three days to come look at it. Costing us more for the rental time. When we got home from picking up the car we noticed that there was still a crease in the back door and bumper cover and an interior panel damaged in the accident looked like it had not even been touched. In talking with the body shop we found that the Allstate Adjuster had not approved any repair to these items. After many phone calls they are having it go back to the body shop and are at this time acting like they still want to argue about the damage and repairs. They have one chance to get this right in the morning or my lawyer is on speed dial. |
