| Review: | Unprofessional We received a letter rejecting our claim. We were asked to wait for a response from them so that they would have time to read the police report. They never ordered the police report and then denied the claim. Terrible people and a terrible company. |

I had a very similar experience with them. They never have done anything about my car. Never have even called me back. i have given up and am seeking legal counsel. |
