| Review: | acuity rep insulting I found their rep Jim Puetzer to be rude and arrogant. When my vehicle repair went a little longer than expected, he pulled the payment for the rental.But did this gutless worm call me? No-he tells the rental company and made them tell me. When I asked him why he didn't give any warnining, much less a courtesy call, he said it would not have changed his decision and besides, he has 50 claims going at any time and could not always follow-up. What arrogance! I recommend you avoid him at all costs. |
