PROGRESSIVE IS RIDICULAS
I was recently stopped on a freeway and out of nowhere some guys slams into the back of my car. My back winshield shatters and ruins the back of my car! and my dog kennel was in the back. I was extreamly lucky I had put him in his doggy seat belt up front or he would have been dead. So the guy is driving someone elses car who is insured by progressive. we set up the whoel thing and I end up going into the hospital and a chiropractor because I m in pain. they payed for my car just fine bought me a new dog kennel and then when it came to the bodily injury claims rep everything went down hill they offered to pay for my medical and then $1000 for anything else so I sign the paper. and the next thing I know there closing my claim only paying my medical and never writing me a check for $1000. I have a copy of the contract still not sure what to do. |
