| Review: | Master of bait and switch Had been with esurance since 02/2006 right about second renewal added another driver and was quoted a change of 119. after a couple weeks the driver disappeared from the policy and when I ask why the CSR who didnt know what was the cause said they would put driver back on policy since it seemed to be a computer error. well driver got back on policy and premium went up 350 dollars after I had already been billed and paid the first time. Call customer service and all of a sudden I'm speaking to a so called certified insurance adjustor [TINA] who sounded like a man and kept on going on about how my account was past due ie .95 cents for their multiple billings. well to cut story short. Stay away from this company. customer sevice is terrible. They never know what they are doing and they seem to run off on claims. They might be cheap but you get what you pay for. |
