Review: Customer Service - POOR
Amica has mishandled our account twice in the past year, after over 30 years as a loyal customer with insurance for life, homeowner, auto, boat, and an IRA. Paperwork has been shoddy, follow-thru has been awful, auto registration was cancelled due to their lack of filing properly (and reinstated when they finally sent the info). Contacted numerous supervisors, and just got a "sorry."

They have no problem charging high Premiums for teens, but when are teens got into accidents we were thrown out. it was stressful for the family, and had to find something else were very quickly
