Review: Best Insurance Company
I have been a customer of Amica for both home owners and automobile insurance for over 30 years. Amica has always responded quickly for claim adjustment and has been very fair in their claim payments. I recommend Amica to all my family and friends.

Review: More Shady Business
We went with Amica because their prices were great the first year. We have 4 cars & 4 drivers in our family. In year 2, the premium went up by $300 without a clear explanation why. One person told me they changed their rating system. Another said she didn't really know why. It all sounds bogus to me, and we are once again shopping around.

Review: Shady Business
I had auto insurance with Amica for 1 year. The premium was one of the best deals I could have possibly found, almost $100 less a month than the insurance I had the years prior. Although, I recently received my renewal and my premium went up $300. I had no violations and no changes made. Their Underwriting department could not give me a reason why, they just said that it went up. I'm sorry, I work in auto insurance, it doesn't just "go up", there's always a legitiment reason. I think I'll shop around before I make any decisions, their customer service has always been shady and confusing. I should be able to understand them, I work in the same business, and they confuse me.
