| Review: | Poor Customer Service I asked to speak to another representative, because the representative was hard to understand and he hung up on me and then when I tried again I had all the info I needed to get an accurate quote DL#, and Vin # so that I can compare with other insurance companies of course he tried to pursuade me, but I told him that I would have to wait a pay period in order to get this started. But for some reasaon he was under the assumption that I wanted to get this started right away even though I made it clear in the beginning I just wanted a more accurate quote. The tone of his voice when I told him I would not be able to sign up right now was rude. I told him that I changed my mind and he didn't seem to pleased. They said that my insurance would be cheaper than my current insurance company, but after adding everthing up including the fees it would be more. Did not have any claims with this insurance company. |
