Review: Poor Customer Service
I asked to speak to another representative, because the representative was hard to understand and he hung up on me and then when I tried again I had all the info I needed to get an accurate quote DL#, and Vin # so that I can compare with other insurance companies of course he tried to pursuade me, but I told him that I would have to wait a pay period in order to get this started. But for some reasaon he was under the assumption that I wanted to get this started right away even though I made it clear in the beginning I just wanted a more accurate quote. The tone of his voice when I told him I would not be able to sign up right now was rude. I told him that I changed my mind and he didn't seem to pleased. They said that my insurance would be cheaper than my current insurance company, but after adding everthing up including the fees it would be more. Did not have any claims with this insurance company.

Review: Cost and ease good, but lots of rules
I have not had any claims, so I don't know how well they would handle that. As for everything else, I love the website and general ease of use. I do NOT like they have many rules. (One that pushed me away was that I had to list my live in girlfriend, including DL#. Since she doesn't have a personal policy-she is covered on her dad's business policy- she would need to be rated on my policy and against my car. I tried to explain she would never get behind the wheel of my car, with no avail) Good company, but read the fine print, because they will use it against you.
